Great news from Hollywood! Among the nominees for the 24th Visual Effects Society Awards is the ifs graduation film »Flying from War« by Ciara Borgards, who is nominated for her work in the category »Outstanding Visual Effects in a Student Project«. Congratulations!
The awards ceremony will take place on 25 February in Beverly Hills.
Six-year-old Elio sets off on a journey into the unknown. In a crowded train compartment and with his mother's words in his ear, he escapes into his very own world. When his little toy astronaut suddenly comes to life, he whisks Elio away to worlds still unknown.
