Felicia is about to have her first bleed; her mother drowns marital problems in red wine.

Felicia despairs, wanting nothing more than the support of the most important woman in her life now that she is becoming one herself. But for her first wiggle tooth, her younger sister gets more attention than she does. Deeper and deeper, Felicia and her mother sink into their pain. But the youngest knows what to do.
