Insights! In a joint “MoCap Workshop”, students from the BA Film and the MA Digital Narratives get an introduction to working with the Motion Capture suit. They were going through the workflow to create in a 20 second animated short of a 3D character based on the recording of a person’s movement.

Students started with ideas they want to recreate, recorded the movements of a person with the MoCap suit, did the cleaning up process and transferred the animation to a 3D character provided by the lecturer or of their own making.
