Whether comedic timing, characters or setting: During last week’s workshop »Comedy Writing« with US-Showrunner and acclaimed comedy writer John Altschuler (»Silicon Valley«, »King of the Hill«) the participants explored what it is that truly makes a story funny - drawing on their own projects and ideas. Over the course of two engaging days, experienced writers and producers came together to sharpen and advance their own comedy projects. They discussed the challenges of development and production, exchanged insights on creative collaboration, and examined what it takes to transform a promising idea into a compelling television series or feature film. Thank you for the fascinating insights and for being at ifs!
