Gabriel Abu Rabia

Gabriel Abu Rabia was born in Düsseldorf and is an Illustrator and 3D generalist. Starting out with drawing, their creative journey led from 2D animation through film and visual effects to technical animations for the metal industry, and ultimately to a current focus on real-time 3D and storytelling. Their bachelor project at Hochschule Düsseldorf, Historic Chats, explored the idea of interviewing digital doubles of historical figures, combining design, game technology, and historical research. Looking ahead, Gabriel aims to focus on storytelling and cultural heritage, seeking new ways to bring the past to life and share historical narratives through immersive and interactive experiences.
