Michael is a master trainer, coach and broadcaster and has delivered training for 35 years. He holds degrees in management and a Masters (MBS) from the Smurfit business school at University College Dublin. Michael began his career in broadcasting working with RTE, where he still works today as a freelance presenter and producer. He started a series of studies that led him towards coaching and training during that time. He has developed and presented training in Leadership and communication for over 35 years and formed the Time Signal Ltd to foster his interests in the elimination of anxiety and fear in everyday business situations and improve emotional intelligence in leaders.
Michael is on the Associate Faculty of the Royal College of Surgeons Institute of Leadership and the Associate Faculty of the Royal College of Physicians, where he lectures on Leadership. He uses a robust approach to coaching that his clients appreciate. His clients describe the coaching experience as “refreshing and enlightening. Solid skills of empathy and presence back this up. He is also on the panel of EAVE - the European Audiovisual Entrepreneurs, EAVE, is a professional training, project development and networking organization for audiovisual producers.

His goals in coaching are to dismantle barriers to achievement and help remove perceived hurdles in a person’s life and career.
