Having started out in TV production, Rachel began writing in 2016 and her first spec script DIAMOND was optioned a year later. As a staff-writer, Rachel wrote five episodes over two years on the BBC’s Saturday night show, »Casualty«, and in 2019, was also commissioned by Ian Bonhôte and Peter Ettedgui to write the series bible for the fashion docu-drama »Kingdom of Dreams«, broadcast by Sky. In 2022, Rachel was an episode writer on season two of Sky Atlantic’s period drama »Domina«, for showrunner Simon Burke. The same year, she was the lead writer on an eight-part adaptation of Lauren Kate’s ten-million-copy bestseller, »Fallen« for Night Train / Silver Reel, working with US showrunner Matt Hastings and producer Claudia Bluemhuber; the series filmed in Hungary in 2022. She is currently working on several original script commissions, alongside writing her first novel.
