Timo has 16 years of experience as concept developer and consultant for digital projects. He helped numerous companies, agencies, institutions and artists to develop digital products & services, formats, narratives and workflows. For 8 years he developed video games, digital narratives & gamified apps with his own Cologne-based Studio called Monokel.
He is a passioned workshop facilitator and coach, foremost for innovations, leadership, teambuilding, agile practices, ideation and prototyping. He also advises start-ups in the media and gaming industry. 

His approach is hands-on: joining forces with teams to co-create tangible and testable results in quick iterations with the higher goal of a sustainable shift in team and work culture.
