ANNIKA LEE is an emerging writer of Chinese and German descent. She studied Literature and Antiquity at University College Roosevelt in the Netherlands, writing her interdisciplinary thesis on the 2019 film adaptation of the Greek drama Antigone. She started as a novelist and poet before pursuing a career in television drama via an internship with Citizen Skull Productions. She is passionate about representing mixed-race, female, and Asian voices on screen. An avid student of history and anthropology, as well as science fiction and fantasy, Annika seeks to portray the nuances of human experience on both intimate and operatic scales. Studying at the ifs since 2023.
