This two day advanced workshop focuses on the process architecture of serial storytelling: how to design, manage, and harmonise the creative workflow of a writers’ room so that a series feels seamless and of one piece, even when written by multiple hands and produced under real world constraints.
Participants will learn how to establish a unified story language, define clear standards for deliverables, and guide writers through a structured development pipeline from season arc to final draft. A strong emphasis is placed on production aware headwriting: anticipating logistical challenges, performing fast and effective rewrites, and maintaining emotional and narrative integrity when circumstances shift.
A compact leadership module trains participants in facilitating story discussions, giving actionable notes, resolving creative conflicts, and empowering writers while maintaining overall creative control. Through simulations, practical exercises, and peer exchange, participants will refine the skills needed to run a room efficiently, communicate decisions clearly, and protect the series’ artistic identity.
