In 2018, Cem Karayakas graduated with a B.A. in Film (major: VFX & Animation) from ifs internationale filmschule köln. He then worked as a 2D-Animator and Harmony-Rigger for the Animation Project „Kira and Prokki.“ After freelancing for commercial and TV-productions, he started working as a 3D-Animator and Production-Coordinator at Black and Code from 2020 onwards. Simultaneously, he studied in the M.A. in Animation program at the Savannah College of Art and Design thanks to a Fulbright-Scholarship.
